The information here comes from the ingredient and allergen details our suppliers publish, checked against the recipes we are using now. Recipes change, brands change, and manufacturers reformulate their products without telling us — and some suppliers do not publish a complete ingredient list at all.
Ludger's is not an allergen-free kitchen. We handle wheat flour, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts and other allergens every day, on shared surfaces, boards, toasters and equipment. We cannot guarantee that any item is free from any allergen.
If your allergy is severe, please use your own judgment and talk with us before you order. We are always glad to walk through an item with you.
