Planning Your Wedding Cake
- How far in advance should I order my wedding cake?
The best time to order your wedding cake is 4–6 months before your wedding date, especially if you’re getting married during peak wedding season. In Oklahoma, our busiest wedding months are typically April through October, with May, June, September, and October filling up the fastest.
Booking early gives you the greatest flexibility in choosing your design, flavors, delivery arrangements, and any rental stands. It also ensures we can reserve your wedding date before our calendar fills.
If your wedding is less than four months away, don’t panic! We regularly help couples with shorter timelines whenever our production schedule allows. Contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your wedding.
💡 Helpful Tip: Even if you haven’t finalized every detail of your wedding, it’s a good idea to reserve your date early. Your cake design, flavors, and other details can be finalized later.
Helpful Resources:
- I need a wedding cake with less than a month’s notice. Can you accommodate my order?
Sometimes, yes! While we recommend ordering several months in advance, we’re happy to accommodate last-minute wedding cake orders whenever our schedule allows.
With a shorter timeline, some design elements, specialty decorations, or larger cake sizes may be limited. Our goal is always to create a beautiful wedding cake that fits your celebration while working within the available time.
The quickest way to begin planning is by scheduling a consultation with one of our wedding coordinators. If an in-person appointment isn’t possible, we’re also happy to communicate by phone, email, or text to gather the details needed for your order.
💡 Helpful Tip: The sooner you contact us, the more options we’ll typically have available for design, flavors, and delivery.
Helpful Resources:
- How do I schedule a wedding cake consultation?
Scheduling your wedding cake consultation is easy. You can request an appointment online or contact Ludger’s Bavarian Cakery directly by phone or in person.
Consultations are available by appointment and typically last 45 minutes to one hour, giving you plenty of time to discuss your wedding vision, guest count, cake design, flavors, delivery, and budget with one of our wedding coordinators.
While we’re sometimes able to accommodate walk-in consultations, availability cannot be guaranteed without an appointment.
💡 Helpful Tip: Bringing inspiration photos, your wedding colors, venue information, and an estimated guest count will help us provide the most accurate recommendations and quote during your consultation.
Related pages:
- Is there a fee for a wedding cake consultation?
No. Wedding cake consultations at Ludger’s Bavarian Cakery are complimentary.
We believe choosing your wedding cake should be an enjoyable part of planning your big day. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your cake design, serving size, delivery options, wedding timeline, and budget while answering any questions you may have.
You’ll also receive a personalized quote based on your wedding and design preferences. There’s never any obligation to reserve your date during your consultation.
Related pages:
- Do you offer wedding cake tastings?
Yes! We offer complimentary in-store wedding cake tastings as part of your scheduled wedding cake consultation.
During your appointment, you’ll sample our signature Bavarian cream cake flavors while meeting with one of our wedding coordinators to discuss your cake design, serving size, delivery, and wedding day details.
If you’re unable to visit the bakery in person, we also offer convenient take-home tasting kits for $10, which covers the cost of the packaging and creation.
💡 Helpful Tip: Many couples schedule their tasting after choosing a wedding venue and estimating their guest count. Having that information available allows us to provide more accurate recommendations during your consultation.
Helpful Resources:
- How do I know if my wedding date is available?
The easiest way to check your wedding date is to contact us directly.
Although it’s uncommon for us to completely close a wedding date, availability varies throughout the year depending on the number and complexity of weddings already scheduled.
We’ll gladly check your date in real time and let you know what options are available.
Helpful Resources:
- Can I reserve my wedding date before I finalize my cake design?
Absolutely.
To reserve your wedding date, we require:
- A signed wedding cake contract
- A 50% deposit, with $100 serving as a non-refundable retainer
Once both are received, your wedding is added to our production calendar.
You don’t need every design detail finalized before reserving your date. Final flavors, colors, decorations, serving counts, and other order details are due four weeks before your wedding, giving you plenty of time to finalize your plans.
💡 Helpful Tip: Peak wedding weekends can fill months in advance. Reserving your date early helps ensure availability while giving you flexibility to finalize the details later.
Helpful Resources:
- How many servings of wedding cake do I need?
The right number of servings depends on your wedding and your guests. There isn’t a one-size-fits-all answer, and several factors can influence how much cake your guests will actually enjoy.
Some things we consider when recommending a serving count include:
- The number of guests attending
- Whether cake is your only dessert
- The size and timing of your meal
- Whether alcohol will be served
- If you’re offering additional desserts, such as a dessert table or groom’s cake
As a general guideline, many couples choose to order cake for approximately 75–80% of their guest count. However, if cake is the primary dessert—or you know your family and friends never skip dessert—you may want to increase the number of servings.
We’ll be happy to discuss your wedding plans during your consultation and recommend a serving count that fits your celebration, budget, and dessert plans.
💡 Helpful Tip
Not every guest will choose cake, especially if you’re serving multiple desserts. On the other hand, if cake is the only dessert, planning for additional servings can help ensure everyone has the opportunity to enjoy a slice.
⭐ Good to Know
Looking for a way to serve more guests while staying within your budget? Many couples pair a beautiful display cake with one or more side cakes to provide additional servings without increasing the size of the wedding cake on display.
Helpful Resources:
- What is a side cake?
A side cake is an additional cake that’s prepared in the kitchen rather than displayed at your reception. Side cakes are a popular way to increase the number of servings without increasing the size of your display cake.
Many couples also use side cakes to:
- Offer additional flavors
- Provide gluten-friendly servings
- Supplement a smaller display cake
- Keep costs lower for larger guest counts
Side cakes are designed to be cut and served by your catering staff rather than displayed with your wedding cake.
💡 Helpful Tip
Most guests won’t know whether their slice came from the display cake or a side cake—they’ll simply enjoy another delicious piece of cake!
Helpful Resources
- How can a side cake help me stay within my wedding budget?
Choosing a smaller display cake with one or more side cakes is one of the best ways to reduce the overall cost of your wedding cake without sacrificing quality or servings.
Your display cake becomes the beautiful centerpiece for photos and your cake-cutting ceremony, while the side cakes provide additional servings behind the scenes.
This approach allows you to:
- Serve more guests economically
- Offer multiple flavors
- Keep your display cake elegant and manageable
- Stay within your wedding budget
We’ll gladly discuss whether this option makes sense for your wedding during your consultation.
💡 Helpful Tip
Many larger weddings use a beautifully decorated display cake paired with one or more side cakes. Guests typically never know the difference.

Designing Your Wedding Cake
- Can you recreate a wedding cake from a photo or Pinterest inspiration?
Yes! We welcome inspiration photos and encourage you to bring them to your consultation. Inspiration images help us understand your style, preferred colors, decorative elements, and overall vision for your wedding cake.
Because every cake is handcrafted, exact duplication isn’t always possible. Our goal is to create a cake inspired by the elements you love while designing something that works beautifully with our signature Bavarian cream cakes and reflects your unique wedding.
Please note that we cannot reproduce copyrighted or trademarked designs without permission.
💡 Helpful Tip: Bring several inspiration photos rather than just one. Pointing out the specific details you love—such as the flowers, texture, colors, or piping—helps us create a design that’s uniquely yours.
⭐ Good to Know: You don’t need to know exactly what you want before scheduling your consultation. We’re happy to help combine ideas into a custom design.
Helpful Resources:
- Can you customize my wedding cake?
Absolutely! Every wedding cake we create is custom designed for each couple. Whether you’re envisioning a timeless, elegant cake or something more modern and unique, we’ll work with you to create a design that complements your wedding style.
We’ll discuss your colors, venue, floral arrangements, décor, guest count, and budget to create a cake that’s both beautiful and delicious.
Some highly detailed techniques, sculpted elements, or specialty finishes may require additional time and cost, which we’ll discuss during your consultation.
💡 Helpful Tip: Bring photos of your wedding invitations, floral arrangements, and color palette to help tie your cake into the rest of your wedding décor.
Helpful Resources:
- Can you match my wedding colors?
Yes. We do our best to match your wedding colors as accurately as possible.
For the most accurate results, we ask that you provide a physical color swatch whenever possible. Colors displayed on phones, tablets, and computer monitors can vary significantly, making it difficult to match a color based on a digital image alone.
Certain colors also behave differently in buttercream and whipped icing, so we’ll discuss any limitations before your order is finalized.
💡 Helpful Tip: Fabric samples from bridesmaid dresses often provide the most accurate color reference.
⭐ Good to Know: Deep reds, dark blues, blacks, and highly saturated colors may require special techniques and sometimes have limitations depending on the icing used.
Helpful Resources:
- Why do I need to provide a physical color swatch?
A physical color swatch gives us the best opportunity to accurately match your wedding colors.
Every printer, phone, tablet, and computer screen displays color differently. Using a physical sample helps eliminate guesswork and allows us to create a cake that coordinates beautifully with your wedding décor.
While we’ll always do our best to match your colors, some food coloring limitations may affect certain shades.
Helpful Resources:
- What wedding cake flavors do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of wedding cake flavors featuring our signature Bavarian cream cakes, along with several traditional cake options.
During your consultation, we’ll help you choose flavor combinations that complement your wedding and guest count. If you’re having multiple tiers, you may even choose different flavors for each tier.
Our current flavor selections are available on our Wedding Cakes page.
💡 Helpful Tip: Offering two or three flavors is a great way to give guests more variety without changing the overall cake design.
Helpful Resources:
- Can each tier be a different flavor?
Yes! Each tier of your wedding cake can be a different flavor.
As long as each tier uses the same style of cake, you can mix and match flavors to create a variety your guests will enjoy.
Many couples choose one classic flavor along with one or two unique Bavarian cream flavors to offer something for everyone.
⭐ Good to Know: Choosing multiple flavors doesn’t mean your cake has to look different on the outside. Your guests won’t know which flavor they’re receiving until it’s served.
Helpful Resources
- Do you make groom’s cakes?
Yes! We love creating custom groom’s cakes.
A groom’s cake is a fun way to celebrate hobbies, careers, favorite sports teams, military service, or other personal interests. It also allows you to offer guests another cake flavor in addition to your wedding cake.
Many couples pair a smaller display wedding cake with a custom groom’s cake for added personality and variety.
💡 Helpful Tip: Groom’s cakes are also a great place to showcase a favorite flavor that may not appeal to everyone on your guest list.
Helpful Resources
- Do you offer gluten-friendly wedding cakes?
Yes. We offer gluten-friendly wedding cake options.
If you or your guests have dietary needs, please let us know during your consultation so we can discuss the best options for your wedding.
Although we take great care during preparation, all products are made in a facility that also processes wheat, dairy, nuts, and other common allergens. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free of cross-contact.
⭐ Good to Know: If you have severe food allergies or medical dietary restrictions, please discuss them with us before placing your order so we can determine whether we’re the best fit for your needs.
Helpful Resources
- Can you add fresh flowers, silk flowers, ribbon, brooches, or other decorations?
Yes! We’re happy to incorporate many decorative elements into your wedding cake design.
Fresh flowers, artificial flowers, ribbon, brooches, lace, and similar decorations can often be added to your cake as long as they’re discussed during the planning process.
To ensure everything goes smoothly, non-perishable decorations should generally be provided at least two weeks before your wedding. Fresh flowers and other perishable items will be coordinated on a case-by-case basis.
Depending on the complexity of the setup, additional charges may apply.
💡 Helpful Tip: We recommend working with your florist whenever possible. They’re the experts on caring for fresh flowers and can help ensure they coordinate beautifully with the rest of your wedding.
📍 Continue Planning
- Can you place my cake topper?
Yes, in many cases.
If you’d like us to place your cake topper, please let us know during the planning process. Some toppers require additional support because of their size, weight, or construction, so it’s important that we plan ahead.
For safety reasons, we may recommend that certain toppers be placed after delivery or by someone at your venue.
⭐ Good to Know: Waiting until delivery day to mention a topper may limit our ability to safely incorporate it into your cake.
📍 Continue Planning
- Do you have cake stands available?
- Are your wedding cakes frozen?
Our signature Bavarian cream cakes are frozen as part of the cake-making process—not because they’re stored long-term, but because freezing helps create the beautiful layers and smooth finish we’re known for.
Freezing allows the cake and Bavarian cream filling to properly set before decorating, resulting in clean layers, better stability, and a beautiful finished product.
Your cake is not kept frozen for extended periods. Instead, we’ll provide recommendations for the ideal thawing time based on your cake’s size, the weather, and whether your wedding is indoors or outdoors.
⭐ Good to Know
Because of our unique Bavarian cream filling, the center of larger tiers may still feel slightly firm when serving begins. This actually helps keep the rest of the cake chilled and delicious throughout your reception.

Helpful Resources
- How much is the deposit to reserve my wedding date?
To reserve your wedding date, we require a 50% deposit and a signed Wedding Cake Contract.
Of that deposit, $100 serves as a non-refundable retainer, allowing us to reserve production time specifically for your wedding.
Your wedding is not officially scheduled until both the signed contract and deposit have been received.
⭐ Good to Know: Reserving your date early allows you to continue refining your design while ensuring your wedding date is secured on our production calendar.
Helpful Resources
- When is my final payment due?
Your remaining balance is due four weeks before your wedding date.
This timeline allows us to finalize your design, purchase any specialty supplies, organize our production schedule, and prepare for delivery or pickup.
If final payment is not received by the deadline, it may affect our ability to complete your order as planned.
💡 Helpful Tip: Many couples choose to make payments throughout the planning process so the final balance is smaller and easier to manage.
Helpful Resources
- Can I reserve my wedding date before I’ve finalized my cake design?
Yes! In fact, many couples reserve their date before every design detail has been decided.
Once your signed contract and deposit have been received, your wedding date is reserved. Final details—including flavors, colors, decorations, serving count, and delivery information—are due four weeks before your wedding.
This gives you plenty of time to finalize your plans while ensuring your date is secured.
⭐ Good to Know: Popular wedding weekends often book months in advance. Reserving your date early provides peace of mind while giving you flexibility to finalize the details later.
Helpful Resources
- What happens if I need to make changes to my order?
We understand that wedding plans sometimes change.
We ask that all order details and requested changes be finalized at least four weeks before your wedding date. Changes requested after that time may not be possible due to production schedules and may be subject to additional charges.
Examples of changes include:
- Guest count
- Cake size
- Flavors
- Design details
- Delivery location
- Decorative elements
We’ll always do our best to accommodate changes whenever possible.
💡 Helpful Tip: The sooner you communicate changes, the more flexibility we’ll have to accommodate your request.
Helpful Resources
- Why do I need to sign a Wedding Cake Contract?
A wedding cake is much more than placing an order—it’s an important part of one of the biggest days of your life.
Our Wedding Cake Contract helps ensure that everyone is working from the same information by documenting your design, flavors, delivery arrangements, payment schedule, and other important details. It protects both you and our bakery by clearly outlining expectations before your wedding day.
We encourage you to review the contract carefully and ask questions at any time. Our goal is for you to feel confident and informed throughout the planning process.
⭐ Good to Know: Your wedding date is officially reserved only after we’ve received both your signed contract and required deposit.

Delivery & Pickup
- Do you deliver wedding cakes?
Yes! We proudly deliver wedding cakes throughout the Tulsa area and beyond. Professional delivery is the best way to ensure your wedding cake arrives safely and is properly placed at your venue.
Delivery pricing is based primarily on mileage, but other factors—such as venue access, setup requirements, Sunday or holiday deliveries, and difficult travel conditions—may also affect the final delivery fee. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your venue location and provide a delivery quote as part of your personalized estimate.
Our goal is to make your wedding day as stress-free as possible by handling the transportation and placement of your cake.
💡 Helpful Tip
If your venue has specific delivery instructions, restricted access times, security requirements, or loading procedures, let us know as early as possible so we can coordinate everything in advance.
⭐ Good to Know
Many wedding venues require vendors to provide proof of business insurance. If your venue requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI), we’re happy to provide one upon request.
Helpful Resources
- How much does wedding cake delivery cost?
Wedding cake delivery is quoted individually based on your event. Every wedding is different, so delivery pricing is based on factors such as the distance to your venue, setup requirements, accessibility, and the complexity of your order.
If your venue requires extensive setup, is located a significant distance from our bakery, or includes challenging access conditions, those factors may affect the delivery fee. We’ll review all delivery costs with you before your order is finalized so there are no surprises.
⭐ Good to Know
If your venue location changes after booking, additional mileage or delivery charges may apply.
Helpful Resources
- When will my wedding cake be delivered?
Wedding cakes are typically delivered approximately two to three hours before your ceremony or reception. The exact delivery time depends on your event schedule, venue requirements, and our delivery route for the day.
Delivery schedules are finalized approximately one week before your wedding, at which time you’ll receive your delivery window by email.
If your venue requires delivery during a specific time frame, please let us know during the planning process so we can do our best to accommodate those requirements.
💡 Helpful Tip
If your venue has limited access times or multiple events scheduled on the same day, communicate those details as early as possible so they can be considered during delivery planning.
⭐ Good to Know
Although we always strive to arrive exactly as planned, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather may occasionally require a 30-minute delivery window.
Helpful Resources
- What is included with wedding cake delivery?
Our delivery service includes transporting your wedding cake to your venue and placing it on the designated cake stand or display table.
If you’ve rented cake stands or other equipment from us, we’ll also set those items up as part of the delivery.
If your order includes cupcakes or additional desserts, we’ll gladly arrange them if those setup details have been discussed and approved in advance.
Some decorative items—such as fresh flowers or cake toppers—may require additional planning and must be communicated before your wedding day.
💡 Helpful Tip
Have your cake table fully assembled with linens, décor, and cake stand in place before your scheduled delivery time whenever possible.
⭐ Good to Know
Additional setup beyond what was originally discussed may require extra staff time and could result in additional charges.
Helpful Resources
- Can I request a specific delivery time?
Yes, whenever possible. If your venue requires a specific delivery window or has restrictions on vendor access, please let us know as early as possible.
While we’ll always do our best to accommodate requested delivery times, our routes are carefully planned to ensure every wedding receives the attention it deserves.
Changes requested within one month of your wedding may not always be possible and could result in additional delivery charges.
💡 Helpful Tip
Ask your venue whether they have preferred vendor delivery times before your consultation. Having this information early helps us plan your delivery more efficiently.
- My wedding is on a Sunday or holiday. Does that change anything?
Yes. We understand that many weddings take place on Sundays and holidays, and we’re happy to accommodate these events whenever possible.
If your cake is being delivered, Sunday deliveries and holiday deliveries each incur an additional fee. If your wedding falls on a holiday that is also a Sunday, both fees apply.
If you’re picking up your cake before your wedding, we’ll provide recommendations for transporting and storing your cake until it’s time to serve.
💡 Helpful Tip
If you’re picking up your cake the day before your wedding, make sure you have adequate refrigerator space ready before arriving at the bakery.
⭐ Good to Know
Tiered wedding cakes require significantly more storage space than many couples expect. Be sure to plan ahead if you’re transporting or storing your cake yourself.
- Can you deliver to outdoor weddings?
Yes, but outdoor weddings require additional planning. Oklahoma weather can be unpredictable, and factors such as heat, humidity, direct sunlight, and wind can affect any decorated cake.
We’ll discuss your venue, season, and setup location during your consultation to determine the safest approach for your wedding cake.
If we believe the planned display location could compromise the quality or stability of your cake, we’ll recommend alternative placement options.
💡 Helpful Tip
Whenever possible, display your wedding cake indoors or in a shaded, climate-controlled area until shortly before your reception begins.
⭐ Good to Know
Large trees may provide shade but can also create unexpected challenges, including falling leaves, sap, or debris. We’ll gladly help you choose the safest location for your cake display.
- Can I pick up my wedding cake instead of having it delivered?
Yes! Many couples choose to pick up their wedding cake. We’ll review your cake design, vehicle, travel distance, and other factors to help determine whether pickup is the best option for your order.
Once your cake leaves our bakery, responsibility for the cake transfers to the customer, so we’ll provide transportation recommendations to help you arrive safely.
💡 Helpful Tip
The best vehicles for transporting a wedding cake are SUVs, vans, hatchbacks, or vehicles with a completely flat cargo area. We generally do not recommend placing a wedding cake on a seat, where it can shift during turns or sudden stops.
⭐ Good to Know
Before picking up your cake, cool your vehicle with the air conditioning and remove any loose items that could slide into the cake during transport.
- Can I add delivery after I’ve already placed my order?
Yes. If you initially planned to pick up your cake but later decide you’d prefer delivery, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Delivery availability depends on our schedule and your wedding date. Requests made within four weeks of your wedding may be subject to an additional service fee in addition to the delivery charge.
We recommend letting us know as soon as possible if your plans change so we can reserve space on our delivery schedule.
⭐ Good to Know
Adding delivery earlier in the planning process gives you the greatest flexibility and helps ensure availability.
Wedding Day Details
- How should our wedding cake be served?
Our signature Bavarian cream cakes are best served after they've had adequate time to thaw according to the recommendations we provide for your specific cake.
When serving begins, it's best to start with the outer portions of each tier and work toward the center. As each cardboard separator is reached, the layers can be separated to allow any remaining firm center to continue softening.
Using a sturdy knife dipped in hot water helps produce clean slices and makes serving easier.
Even if the center of the cake still feels slightly firm, slices can be plated immediately and will continue softening within just a few minutes.
💡 Helpful Tip
Share our serving recommendations with your caterer or designated cake cutter before your wedding day. They'll appreciate knowing the best way to serve your cake.
⭐ Good to Know
Ludger's Bavarian Cakery does not provide cake-cutting services, so it's important to designate someone to serve the cake or coordinate with your caterer before your reception.

Because our signature Bavarian cream cakes are unique, we'll provide serving recommendations to help ensure each slice looks beautiful and is easy to serve.

- Can I preserve the top tier for our first anniversary?
Absolutely! Many couples choose to save the top tier of their wedding cake to enjoy on their first anniversary.
Traditionally, couples save the top tier of their wedding cake to enjoy on their first anniversary—but we offer a sweeter (and fresher!) option.
Instead of saving and freezing your top tier for an entire year, you can order a fresh anniversary cake for just $10 to celebrate your first anniversary!
Your $10 anniversary cake includes one of our standard cake designs, along with a cake greeting if desired. If you’d like us to recreate details from your wedding cake, choose a custom flavor, or make other special customizations, additional charges may apply.
So enjoy your wedding cake while it’s fresh on your wedding day, skip the year in the freezer, and celebrate your first anniversary with fresh cake made just for the occasion! 💕
- What happens to my rented cake stand after the wedding?
If you’ve rented a cake stand from us, we’ll explain the return process during your consultation and at pickup or delivery.
Cake stand rentals require a refundable equipment deposit, which is returned once the stand is brought back in good condition.
If you have questions about returning rented equipment after your wedding, we’re always happy to help.

Policies & Changes
- What happens if I need to change my wedding date?
We understand that wedding plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate a new date whenever possible. New wedding dates are subject to availability and should be requested as soon as you know your plans have changed.
All postponement and date change requests must be submitted in writing. Depending on how close your request is to the original wedding date, processing fees or limitations may apply in accordance with your Wedding Cake Contract.
We’ll work with you to make the transition as smooth as possible while balancing our production schedule and existing wedding commitments.
💡 Helpful Tip
As soon as you know your wedding date may change, contact us. The more notice you provide, the more flexibility we’ll typically have.
⭐ Good to Know
Changing your wedding date does not automatically guarantee that your new date is available. We’ll confirm availability before transferring your order.
Helpful Resources
- What happens if I need to cancel my wedding cake order?
If you need to cancel your order, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Refunds are based on the cancellation timeline outlined in your Wedding Cake Contract.
Because every wedding cake requires planning, scheduling, and reserved production time, cancellations are subject to a processing fee and refund schedule based on how far in advance the cancellation is made.
If you have questions about your specific order, we're happy to review your contract and explain how the cancellation policy applies.
💡 Helpful Tip
If your wedding is being postponed rather than canceled, contact us before canceling your order. Rescheduling may be a better option if your new wedding date is available.

- Can I make changes to my wedding cake after I’ve booked it?
Yes! We understand that wedding plans evolve, and many couples make changes after booking.
To ensure we have enough time to order supplies, finalize your design, and prepare your cake, all order details should be finalized at least four weeks before your wedding date.
Changes requested after that deadline may not be possible and may be subject to additional charges depending on the nature of the request.
Examples of changes include:
- Guest count
- Cake size
- Flavors
- Decorative details
- Delivery information
- Venue location
We’ll always do our best to accommodate changes whenever possible.
💡 Helpful Tip
Keep all communication about your order between the bakery and the bride or groom whenever possible. This helps reduce confusion and ensures everyone is working from the same information.

Choosing a licensed bakery means your wedding cake is prepared in a commercial kitchen that follows established food safety standards. We also carry business insurance, giving couples and venues additional peace of mind.
We're honored to play a role in such an important day and take that responsibility seriously.

Yes. If your wedding venue requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI), we're happy to provide one upon request.
