We keep a large area of our café reservable for groups — up to 14 people, free of charge, during regular café hours. Teams meet here over breakfast. Book clubs settle in with coffee. Families celebrate birthdays, showers and retirements with a cake from our case.
Whatever you’re planning, you order from the full café menu and we take care of the rest.

- Can I reserve space at Ludger’s for a meeting or gathering?
Yes. We set aside a large area of our café for groups — team meetings, book clubs, birthday get-togethers, showers, study sessions, or any excuse to bring people together over breakfast, lunch, coffee and dessert.

- Is the space private?
It’s a reserved area of our café rather than a private room. A decorative chain curtain screens one side, and the seating is yours for the length of your gathering — but the space stays open to the rest of the dining room. There’s no door to close, and you’ll have the everyday hum of the café around you.
That suits most meetings, casual celebrations and group get-togethers well. If you’re planning something that needs full privacy, it’s worth knowing before you book.

- How many people can the space hold?
Our large meeting area comfortably holds a maximum of 14 people. We aren’t able to pull tables and chairs from other seating areas to make it hold more, so if your group is larger than 14, give us a call and we’ll talk through what might work.

- Is there a charge to reserve the space?
No — there is no room fee. We’re glad to keep the space free for our guests, and we simply ask that everyone in your group be respectful of the space and purchase something from the bakery during their stay. That’s what makes it possible to keep offering it at no charge.

- How do I request the space?
Fill out the Room Reservation Request form. You’ll tell us your date, the time you need the space, roughly how long you’ll need it, how many people you’re expecting, and a little about your event.
The more you tell us about what you’re planning, the better we can have things ready for you.

- How far in advance should I request the space?
There’s no set booking window — but the space is limited and requests are filled based on availability, so planning ahead is always your best bet. Popular dates and times do get taken, especially around weekends and holidays, so send your request as soon as you know your date.

- Does submitting the form guarantee my reservation?
Your reservation is confirmed once you hear back from us. Submitting the form gives our team everything they need to check the space against your date and time, and we’ll follow up to let you know it’s yours.
Until you have that confirmation, think of your date as requested rather than held.

- My event is less than 48 hours away. What should I do?
Give us a call first at (918) 622-2537. On short notice we can check the space while you’re on the phone and tell you right away whether it’s open — so you’re not filling out a form for a time we may not be able to hold.
If it is available, we’ll have you complete the reservation request so we have your event details in one place. Same form, just in the order that saves you the trouble.

- Can we order food and drinks for our group?
Yes, and we’d love to. Groups regularly order breakfast, lunch, desserts, snacks and beverages, and plenty add a cake to the occasion. The reservation form asks what your group plans to order so we can be ready for you.
For larger orders, telling us ahead of time makes service much smoother on the day.

- Can we bring our own food or drinks?
No — everything for your gathering needs to come from us. That’s part of what lets us offer the space free of charge.
The upside is you have the whole café to order from: all-day breakfast, lunch, handcrafted coffee and espresso drinks, bakery treats, desserts, and cake.

- Can I add a cake to my reservation?
Absolutely. Whether it’s a birthday, a retirement, a shower or a work milestone, just let us know on the reservation form.
For a custom cake, send us a quote request so we have time to design and schedule it. If your gathering is sooner, our ready-to-order cakes are available for same-day pickup.

- When is the space available?
The reservable area is available during regular café hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We’re closed on Sundays.

- How long can we keep the space?
There’s no set time limit. How long we can hold the area depends on your event, the size of your group, and how it lands in our day — a mid-morning meeting on a quiet weekday has more room to stretch than a booking over the lunch rush.
Tell us your start time and roughly how long you expect to need on the reservation form, and we’ll confirm what works for that date.

- Can we decorate the space?
Yes, with one rule. Free-standing decorations are welcome — centerpieces, table decor, balloons on weights, a sign on its own stand.
What we can’t allow is anything taped, pinned, stuck, hung or otherwise attached to the walls, furniture or fixtures. If you’re not sure whether something will work, ask us ahead of time and we’ll let you know.
