Scheduling your wedding cake consultation is easy. You can request an appointment online or contact Ludger’s Bavarian Cakery directly by phone or in person.
Consultations are available by appointment and typically last 45 minutes to one hour, giving you plenty of time to discuss your wedding vision, guest count, cake design, flavors, delivery, and budget with one of our wedding coordinators.
While we’re sometimes able to accommodate walk-in consultations, availability cannot be guaranteed without an appointment.
💡 Helpful Tip: Bringing inspiration photos, your wedding colors, venue information, and an estimated guest count will help us provide the most accurate recommendations and quote during your consultation.
